This program offers one-on-one counseling sessions, couples, or family counseling sessions in a supportive and confidential environment.  Qualified counselors, social workers, life coaches, or residents in counseling have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults with various needs.  The outpatient counseling program accepts insurance payments in addition to offering a sliding scale for individuals based on their financial situation.  

The program:

The target population of our outpatient therapy includes children, adolescents, families, and adults who are experiencing functional impairments in their daily living due to issues such as:

  • Divorce/separation
  • Trauma
  • Identified mental health diagnosis
  • Needing personal growth and development
  • Family conflict
  • Intimate relationship conflicts
  • Low self-esteem
  • Anxiety
  • Dependency
  • Eating Disorders
  • Impulse control
  • Ineffective parenting
  • Phase of life problems


The purpose of the outpatient counseling program is to assist individuals with being able to function in social, occupational, and other areas of life by implementing evidence-based interventions such as:

  • Resolving core issues that contribute to dysfunction
  • Learning and implementing coping strategies
  • Validating feelings
  • Providing psychoeducation
  • Referring to additional service providers for continuation of care 
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy
